Dr. Amit Upadhyay

Practicing Family Medicine with special interest in Preventive Care, Hormone Health and Regenerative Medicine

Dr. Amit trained in India in obstetrics and gynaecology. After arriving in Canada, Dr. Amit retrained as a family physician and obtained his CCFP designation and license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

He obtained additional training in the field of Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy for men and women. He also obtained his fellowship with the American Academy of Aging and Regenerative Medicine and is a North American Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner.

Dr. Amit’s family medical practice emphasizes the importance of preventative care, nutrition, hormone optimization, and regenerative medicine to each patient’s disease profile, well-being, and healthy aging. Dr. Amit enjoys learning and researching new ways to bring health to his patients.

When Dr. Amit is not practising medicine, he can be found travelling, sailing, and spending time with his daughter, wife, and friends.

Dr. Avneet Parmar

Medical Director

Dr. Parmar is a certified physician with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC). She has a wide scope of family practice with special interests in emergency medicine, mental health, pediatric and adolescent medicine, women’s health and diabetes care.

Dr. Parmar has completed additional training in the areas of aesthetic medicine and women’s health in both Canada and the UK. She has completed further training in the area of regenerative medicine through the American Academy of Aging and Regenerative Medicine.

Outside of work Dr. Parmar is a new mother to a beautiful daughter and loves to go out for dinner, travel the world and spend time with her loved ones.

“I started taking courses in aesthetic and regenerative medicine at the suggestion of friends and family. When I did my training, I was taken aback by how much I was actually helping people. Practicing in this area of medicine is one of the most rewarding parts of my career.”
